CVera is an AI-powered CV evaluation platform that automatically reads, analyzes, and scores incoming CVs against position criteria. It eliminates manual screening workload for HR. You only handle the evaluation phase.
It connects to sources like Outlook, Gmail, or Kariyer.net. Every incoming CV is read automatically, its content extracted, and analyzed through 10 department-specialist frameworks. It is scored, score details are generated, star candidates are flagged, and a report is produced. The entire process completes in an average of 15 seconds.
Typical setup is 30 minutes. You grant access to Outlook, Gmail, or Kariyer.net, and we handle integration. We can also connect to Google Sheets or your custom ERP systems. Complex custom integrations may take longer and are included in the Enterprise package.
Supports PDF, Word (.docx, .doc), and plain text (.txt) formats. OCR is applied to scanned PDFs. It reads multilingual CVs (Turkish, English, and others), but scoring criteria adjust to the position language.
A single CV is analyzed in an average of 15 seconds. 500 CVs take around 2 hours, 5,000 CVs around one business day. Because the system runs in parallel, total time does not grow linearly with CV count.
10 core department models are ready: Sales, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Engineering & IT, Logistics & Operations, Production & Manufacturing, Customer Service, Legal, R&D & Quality. Each has its own evaluation criteria. Custom department models are built for the Enterprise package.
Yes, 100% compliant with both GDPR and Turkey's KVKK. Automatic notification emails are sent to candidates, data processing follows legal bases (contractual necessity, legitimate interest, explicit consent). Data Processing Agreements (DPA) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) are signed for data transfer.
To minimize errors, two-stage AI verification is used: cross-checking and consistency review. Scoring is advisory. The final interview decision is always with the HR team. The system also shows score details, so you can audit the analysis.
A star candidate scores 80 or above AND has a competency score above 75%. These candidates are specially marked and prioritized in the report so they are not missed.
No. We don't change your workflow, we automate it. It runs in parallel with your existing Outlook, Google Sheets, ATS, or ERP systems. CVera works as a layer: it doesn't replace your tools, it feeds them.
The weekly automated manager summary is sent every Friday at 3:00 PM with a PDF attachment and dark-themed HTML report. In parallel, Google Sheets updates live as each CV arrives. Enterprise packages allow custom report scheduling.
Yes. All data transfers are encrypted. CV data stays in your own system; we process it only transiently for analysis. Data sent through our AI infrastructure is not used for model training and is auto-deleted after 30 days per our provider contract.
CV data is stored in your Google Sheets, SAP, Oracle, or preferred system. There is no permanent storage on our servers. Logs are kept encrypted on our systems for 90 days, then auto-deleted.
Two options: a 6-month contract (standard pricing) or a 12-month contract (10% retainer discount + 10% setup discount). Minimum commitment is 6 months. Monthly or 3-month contracts are not offered.
Yes. As your needs grow, you can upgrade (Starter → Professional → Enterprise). The upgrade fee is the difference between packages. Changes take effect at the start of the following month. Downgrades are possible after the contract term ends.
All packages include email support. Starter and above include priority support (under 2-hour response during business hours). The Enterprise package adds an SLA guarantee and a dedicated account manager.
