Phantom Line is an AI call assistant that connects to your phone line. It answers inbound calls and places outbound calls to lists you define. It books appointments, shares information, sends reminders, and hands off to a human when needed.
Restaurants, hotels, clinics, beauty salons, e-commerce support lines, any business that takes appointments. Outbound use cases include reminder calls, courier services, delivery companies, event organizations. Not used for matters that require legal or financial liability.
Yes. Both directions. On inbound, the customer calls and the assistant answers. On outbound, you upload a list and the assistant dials the numbers in sequence. Same system, same assistant, two-way use.
Turkish and English are ready as default languages. The assistant auto-detects the language the caller speaks in and responds accordingly. For other languages, we evaluate during our conversation.
Fluid, natural Turkish voice. Customers rarely realize they are talking to AI. Voice tone, speed, and character are customized to match your brand voice.
When the assistant detects it cannot answer, it tells the caller and transfers the call to a live operator you designate. If outside business hours, it takes notes and forwards them to your team. The customer is never left hanging.
Standard setup takes 5-10 business days. This covers number provisioning, voice persona selection, conversation flow design, calendar/CRM integration, and test calls.
Yes. We can route your existing landline or mobile number to Phantom Line via call forwarding. Allocating a new line is also possible.
Each call is saved as transcript and summary; full audio is stored if you prefer. All data retention follows law no. 6698 (KVKK); the caller is informed at the start of the call and recording disclosure is made.
